Can Moya be the AI receptionist for my clinic's phone line?
That's coming. Moya will answer, check who's calling and why, book by your rules, and take messages after hours with your on-call instructions. During the pilot you'll see calls on a sample practice.
Will it double-book me or break my schedule template?
No. Moya books only the visit types, lengths and daily limits you set. Bigger changes, like moving a whole afternoon, are drafted for your sign-off first.
Can Moya fix my rejected OHIP claims?
Yes. Moya groups rejected claims by cause, shows how much each one is short, and drafts the fix. You review and sign each corrected claim. Moya never resubmits on her own.
Who's responsible if a claim is wrong?
You are, the same as with an MOA or a billing agency today. That's why you see every code, check and change before you sign, and Moya keeps a record of what you signed and when.
Is Moya a virtual MOA or a billing service?

During the pilot, no real patient data is used at all.
